Refunds
You have 30 calendar days to request a refund on your membership from the date of purchase.
There are three ways you can cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase.
1) Go to the Dashboard, then Click on My Account, and Select Cancel DMC Services. Select the membership you wish to cancel and click the Submit button.
2) Call us at (858) 215-2572
3) Open a Support Ticket and all orders will be canceled from the date of your request
Cancellations
All membership are on a month-to-month basis.
There is no contract or notice to cancel your membership.
Shipping
All Digital Media Cube products and services are online and digital. Therefore, there is no shipping.
