Refund Policy

At Digital Media Cube, we pride ourselves on offering premium, ethical digital marketing services—including SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, video production, custom WordPress websites, and more. To ensure a successful partnership, it’s important to clearly outline our payment and refund policies upfront.

🚫 No Refund Policy

Due to the high level of planning, strategy, and labor required to execute our services, all payments made to Digital Media Cube are non-refundable. This applies to:

• Website development and hosting fees
• SEO and Google Business Profile management
• Social media and content marketing
• Video production
• Google Ads and paid media campaign setup and management

We prepare and begin work 30 days prior to each billing cycle, including content creation, optimization, posting, and video planning. Because of this, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or payment has been processed.

💳 Monthly Payment Terms & Grace Period

All services are billed monthly and must be paid in full before work begins for that billing cycle.

We do, however, offer a 5-day grace period for late payments. If payment is not received by the end of that grace period, we reserve the right to temporarily no-index your website (removing it from search engine visibility) until payment is received.

We do not take this action lightly—it’s a last resort. But as a business, we must ensure our team and operational expenses are paid on time. Maintaining service continuity benefits everyone, and timely payments allow us to continue producing top-tier results for your brand.

🧾 Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel services, a 30-day written notice is required. Please note that any work already completed or prepared for that billing cycle will not be refunded.
